Tommy Hodgson
Managing Director
Tommy has run Eggar Forrester Insurance since 2014 when he joined us from Marsh. He's worked in the London insurance market since 2006 and has an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Martine Darkin
Director of Operations
Martine began her insurance career with Eggar Forrester Insurance in 2004. Initially starting with administration, she quickly moved to claims handling and Personal Lines broking and gained her Certificate of Insurance from the CII. Martine has been helping our property clients by broking their Property Owners, Directors & Officers, Engineering, and other commercial requirements. She now serves as Director of Operations, bringing her extensive expertise to lead and optimise business operations.

Rakesh Zaveri
Finance Director
Rakesh has been with Eggar Forrester Insurance since 2003 and currently holds the position of Finance Director. He has more than 25 years' experience in financial and management accounting, and his skills range from client broking to business development, dealing with client monies and compliance.

Giles Woodward
Compliance Manager
Giles has over 25 years' experience in the financial services industry and has held a number of compliance related positions during that time. Most recently, he was European Compliance Manager for a major health insurer. Giles has broad generalised compliance experience and knowledge covering daily compliance advice, executing compliance monitoring programmes and dealing with regulatory change.

James Liddell
Associate Director
James started at Eggar Forrester in May 2019 after four years in the Private Client team at Howden. James is responsible for delivering insurance solutions to a diverse portfolio of private clients in the UK and abroad. He can also provide cover for residential and commercial real estate, whether it be a single let property or a large portfolio.

Kelly Moore
Associate Director
Graduating from Southampton University in 2010 with a 2.1 degree in Criminology and Psychology, Kelly began her insurance career at South Essex Brokers in 2011 where she handled a variety of different Personal and Commercial lines of business. With 4 years' experience under her belt, Kelly joined Eggar Forrester Insurance in May 2015 as an Account Handler. She has a Certificate of Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Senior Account Executive
Steve joined Eggar Forrester in July 2022 having spent 12 years at Towergate working as Private Client Account Executive, providing cover for clients' Buildings, Contents & Valuables, Second Homes, Let Properties and Motor Fleets.

Laura Harris
Claims Handler
Since June 2024, Laura has been working at Eggar Forrester managing the claims department. Her role is to ensure all claims are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner to provide an excellent service to clients. She deals directly with insurers, clients, and property management companies to make the claims process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Passionate about continuous learning, Marilyn stays ahead of evolving market trends to enhance her expertise and provide informed guidance. Her goal is to help clients navigate complex policies with confidence.

Account Handler
Lucy has been in the industry for 3 years, starting off at a small brokerage in Gravesend dealing with insurance for fairground rides and motor fleet. Since then, she has been developing her role as a commercial insurance handler, delving into property, professional indemnity and more, whilst being passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.

Terri-Ann Rowe
Account Handler
Terri has been at EFI since 2010. She plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of a portfolio of leasehold properties and assists with the inspection side of engineering policies, liaising with Property Managers and engineers to carry out the LOLER inspections and checking these are carried out in the correct timescale. Her responsibilities cover a range of tasks, from insurance administration to organizing inspections and managing schedules.
